Characteristics

This department has the following characteristics to clearly distinguish the positioning difference from other schools’ international business management departments:

1. Industry demand-oriented talent cultivation: In response to the needs of emerging industries (such as the internet industry) that require professional skills (such as the combination and application of artificial intelligence, the internet of things, and big data) and cross-industry (such as the financial industry and circulation industry), dynamically adjust the model the design of organized courses, the flexibility of differentiation, integration and adjustment can meet the professional intelligence required by the dynamic development of the industry. It is also convenient for the planning of students' learning process: The elective courses of the bachelor’s program are divided into five professional module fields: marketing management、financial management、 human resource management entrepreneurship and innovation、and internet business model. Students must take at least two modules in the five major areas of courses as professional areas according to their interests, and complete the course selection regulations for the modules.

2. Focus on business practice in the Asia-Pacific region: Internationalization is a link that all state-owned enterprise departments attach great importance to. However, there are often many differences in business models and business practices in different regions of the global market, especially in recent years. The rapid development of emerging markets in the Asia-Pacific region , plays an extremely important role in global economic growth. Therefore, in addition to emphasizing the cultivation of students' internationalization and global vision, the undergraduate program of the department focuses on the development of business practices in the Asia-Pacific region under the wave of internationalization, and deepens students' understanding and insight into business practices in the Asia-Pacific region. To be precise, the department has been deeply involved in the mainland market for many years, and cooperates with 985 and 211 famous schools in the China to jointly research and teach, and in-depth design of courses for students from both sides of the strait to participate in. Through the process of relocation teaching, local learning, and cultural interaction, we have achieved the benefits of reading thousands of books and traveling thousands of miles.
