Current status of the department :

At present, there are 17 full-time teachers in the department, and many professors have actual business management or consulting experience, which can bring industry-university cooperation and enhance the unity of learning and application of students. There are also many professors who are well-known for their outstanding research. For example: Director Mao Hsiao-Yen has been awarded the Ministry of Labor's employment and study program for 4 consecutive years, providing paid internship opportunities for students of this department. For example, Professor Lu Wen-Min has been listed on the list of the most outstanding scientists in the field of business administration in the world for two consecutive years from 2021 to 2022. He can not only popularity of the department, but also bring excellent resource to the department. There are also many professors who are good at instructing students to do research or participate in competitions and won awards. For example, Professor Miao Min-Chih once guided 20 students to pass the National Science and Technology Council (Ministry of Science and Technology) research project for junior college students, and won the research creation award three times. In addition, the department also employs dozens of specialized part-time teachers, most of whom work in the industry, and introduce the latest practices of state-owned enterprises into the department. Such a lineup of teachers with both academic theory and practical experience is rare in the field of state-owned enterprises in Taiwan. In the future, the department will actively recruit excellent teachers, expecting to bring in new management knowledge and practices.
